Neil Morales
Mr. Morales is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. He has been in active practice since 2002. He has handled many types of cases during his career, including family law, bankruptcy law, personal injury law, worker's compensation, probate and estate law, criminal law, immigration law, and civil litigation. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Mr. Morales brings to the table just the right amount of professionalism, aggressiveness and level headedness one expects and appreciates from an attorney. Mr. Morales attended Stetson College of Law in Gulfport, Florida where he excelled in trial advocacy and was a member of the Stetson Trial Team. While at Stetson, Mr. Morales received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his work with lower income individuals living in distressed communities. Prior to attending Stetson, Mr. Morales attended the University of Florida (Class of 1999) where he double majored in Finance and Economics and graduated with honors.
He was a member of the Collier County Commissioners Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board, a member of Golden Key Honor Society, Omicron Delta Epsilon (International Honor Society in Economics), Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity (International), Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity (Business), and Delta Upsilon Fraternity (Social).
He has been a resident of Collier County, Florida since 1980.
